Tonni Sivertsen 2010-02-17	Patong Cottage, Patong Beach I think first and foremost that our hotel stay was great! The view is fantastic and the rooms are nice with many colors. Air-conditioning works fine and there is a small fridge with a freezer which is free to use to your own soda or water. At the same time you get 2 bottles of water every day,(free) so you have water to drink, either by the pool or just up the room. BUT ... There are a lot of stairs! You should not stay at the Patong Cottage if you have bad knees or just can not handle many stairs, but it is really good exercise for the legs. ; ) We may however request to have changed our linens and sheets, because it had not been changed in 3 days one time, but then it was also done right away. The food is also very good, but there is no cheese at breakfast. The staff are also really nice, sweet and helpful, but they could perhaps learn a little more English because we had sometimes found it difficult to explain ourselves to them because they did not understand what we said. Patong Cottage is a little bit away from the beach and the streets where restaurants and disko is, but they have a car there drives to beach road every 2 hours (for free) but if you take a walk yourself it takes about 20 min. And that is not so long. All in total, I think it was a great stay and I will certainly come again next year...	Very easy! We got all the information we needed...
Waefler 2010-01-29	Patong Cottage, Patong Beach Das Personal ist z.T. sehr unfreundlich. Beim Frühstück gabs nicht mal ein kurzes Hallo . Obwohl das Hotel relativ teuer ist, kostet Wifi oder weitere kleine Dienstleitungen extra. Im Zimmer liegt eine Preisliste über sämtliches Inventar auf. Selbst die Menü - Karte ist aufgeführt und wird... bei verlust verrechnet. Der uralte kleine Fernseher wird mit 25000 Baht aufgeführt und das zieht sich weiter bis zum Zahnglas. Anlage wird nicht gewartet und sieht entsprechend aus. Werde dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht mehr buchen.

Christopher Davis 2009-06-28	Patong Cottage, Patong Beach Nice quite hotel. It was out of the way from many things and if you are not in the best of shape walking up that hill can be tough but it was a good get a way from the tourist norm if you want

Angela Phua 2009-01-05	Patong Lodge, Patong Beach i was transfered to patong lodge due to electricity problems. patong lodge was nice, and peaceful. swimming pool was nice. breakfast was average, dinner price were fair. overall was good. would stay with lodge again when i go back.	booking service is convenient and simple. simple great!
Kees van der Steen 2008-03-18 until 2008-03-21	Patong Cottage, Patong Beach This was the most terrible place where I ever stayed in Thailand. 1) When entering the room, 3 light bulbs were broken. 2) The ventilation in the bathroom was not working. 3)I am a hart patent and I do not use SUGAR at all but in the restaurant of Patong Cottage was no SWEETENER(substitude for sugar) 4) The have a pick up and delivery service going to the beach on regular times(it is published) two(2) times I was on the pick up spot near the beach on the published time but NO PICK UP car showed up!!! 5) One time I had to make an emergency call to my wife back home in Netherlands and I wanted to make it COLLECT!!! It took the reception girl one hour to look for the toll free number to my home country provider. At first she keep on telling me that a COLLECT CALL was not possible to make from the Patong Cottage!!! Finally after one hour it was possible??? My overhaul experiance of this place was TERRIBLE! I would never go there again. It was a total WAIST of my money. I forgot: standing in front of the reception and trying to ask some information in English to the reception lady, while asking something to her she start talking to somebody who just arrived in Thai, totally switching her attention to the Thai person why I was still talking to her. Once s again, this place was the most terrible place I ever stayed in Thailand. SAWADEE: I want all my money back cause my whole stay in Puket was terrible because of this PATONG COTTAGE!!!	Booking with SAWADEE.COM is great, Service of SAWADEE.COM is good, you are accuarate people as always. Next time I will visit beautiful Thailand I will for 100% sure book with SAWADEE.COM again! William Franklin Tiwow 2008-03-04 until 2008-03-07	Patong Cottage, Patong Beach The hotel is located on the hill, which is slightly remote from the boulevard and activities on the beaches, but solved by free of charged scheduled transportation to the beaches. The view to the bay is excellent due it high location, but might be difficult for disabled persons to climb up all the stairs. We received excellent service and assistance from the staff at all levels and had a very good breakfast in the morning.	Very good and correct handling of the reservation.
Varley 2008-02-12 until 2008-02-26	Patong Cottage, Patong Beach This was our second visit to Patong Cottage and as before our stay was most enjoyable, staff and service were first rate and all our needs were met, we shall RETURN!!!!!!!!!	Very good!
